About Me
If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, trapped by anxiety or disconnected from the life you want, I’m here to help. 
I specialise in supporting individuals and groups who are ready to break free from the cycles of distress and self-doubt that hold them back. 

Together, we’ll build practical tools, inner skills and powerful mindsets to face life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Drawing on my ten year career as a teacher and wellbeing leader in schools, as well as my expertise as a Meditation Teacher, Neuroscience Coach and Shadow Worker, my work blends Solo Meditation with proven strategies for emotional growth and self-regulation. This allows you to cut through the chaos and  to feel more grounded, more focused, and more empowered in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, or significant life transitions, my approach is about creating lasting change that aligns with who you truly are.

I know life doesn’t slow down to give you space, and sometimes it feels like there’s no time left for yourself. That’s why I focus on creating simple, achievable steps that support your nervous system and cultivate wellbeing growth, helping you feel calm and in control - even on the hardest days.

Solo Meditation (the ability to sit and exercise your focus without guidance/aids) changed my life in 2019. It is a tangible, innate skill that anyone can learn and apply to their daily lives. My approach is grounded in 10 years of developing frameworks and programs in schools and the corporate world. It is down-to-earth, anchored in science and tailored to you, focusing on what works best for your unique journey.

You’ll walk away with specific skill sets and mindsets that don’t just help you feel better during sessions, but effortlessly lead to growth and behavioural change. These are tools and ideas that you’ll use daily - whether you’re dealing with a tough conversation, a sleepless night, or just trying to carve out a moment of peace in a busy day.
